Shipping

How shipping works Kits are custom-mixed in Australia and sent to us weekly by express post. Once they arrive in New Zealand, we package and dispatch the same day. Allow about 7–12 working days in total (longer over holidays). Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched from New Zealand.

Returns Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in original condition. The buyer pays return shipping. After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price (excluding original shipping). See our Returns, Refunds & Colour Match Policy.
