Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund for the item, less the original shipping cost.

Shipping Damage and Loss While we cannot control what happens once a package is handed to the courier, we are fully committed to helping you resolve any transit issues. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix it.

Colour Match Policy We want you to be delighted with your repair. If for any reason your colour does not match, we will work with you to get it right. Our team is human, and mutual respect goes a long way—we are always happy to help customers who treat our staff with courtesy. Even if you accidentally ordered the wrong colour code, reach out and we will help you fix it. We may ask you to contribute to the secondary shipping cost, but our primary goal is to ensure you are happy with the final result.

Faulty Product We quality-check every tube before it leaves our facility. However, if a faulty product does slip through, we will replace or refund it immediately.
